Imagine your entire body enveloped in a soft, gentle pink light, like a thick mist. It’s as if you are nestled in the nurturing womb of Mother Earth, which provides everything you need, and there’s no need to worry about anything.
5. Embrace the Light
Wrap yourself in this comforting light until it forms an egg or cocoon around you. Remain in this relaxing, receptive state for as long as possible, feeling only the heartbeat and the loving aura of the soft pink energy surrounding you.
Rose quartz becomes a guardian and supporter of this peaceful state during such nurturing techniques. You can place several rose quartz stones around your body to maintain this energy field from all sides (e.g., one above your head, one under your feet, one on your right side, and one on your left side).
