How do I redeem my voucher?

Enter the eight-digit code from the voucher in the cart on our website. Just type it into the "Enter discount coupon" field. The specified amount (500, 1000, 2000, 5000, or 10000 CZK) will be automatically deducted from the total of your order. Then, complete your purchase. The gift voucher can be used for any products in our range.

When is my voucher valid?

The current validity of generated gift vouchers worth 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, and 10000 CZK is until December 31, 2025. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I cancel a purchase that I paid for with a voucher?

Yes, please contact our customer support, and in such a case, they will arrange for a new gift voucher to be issued.

What if I want to return items from an order I paid for with a voucher?

You can, of course, return items from such an order. As with canceling a purchase, you will receive a new gift voucher from us, which you can use for your next order.

Is my voucher linked only to my name?

No. To redeem the voucher, you only need to know the original eight-digit code, which is located on the front of your gift voucher. We recommend you store it carefully to prevent misuse.
