Shamanic Magical Hands from Andean Alabaster. These are an exclusive edition of original artifacts directly from the Andean maestros of the Qero tribe. Known as the “powerful hands” or “hands of power” (Illa), they have their origins deep in pre-Incan times and connect to the fascinating knowledge of mystical practices from the oldest historical lines of Peru. As this philosophy and ancient wisdom are nearly extinct, we are contributing to the reconstruction and preservation of these rare spiritual traditions together with you.
The magical hands are designed for work involving the reception and transmission of subtle energy. They can be used for various types of energetic interaction, from expressing gratitude to Pachamama (Mother Earth) and performing "ofrenda" ceremonies, to harmonizing, distant healing, transmitting power during initiation ceremonies, and attracting or safeguarding positive energies for places and individuals.
The hands of power reflect an important philosophical concept in Andean shamanism: the principle of “sacred exchange” (AJNI). As beings of the middle world (Kay pacha), the essential purpose of our lives is to learn the art of perfect exchange, achieving harmony between receiving and giving. Beings that only take descend into the lower worlds (Ukhu pacha), while those that only give are inhabitants of the upper worlds (Hanaq pacha). For us in the current material world, it is crucial to practice this concept of balance (AJNI) and project it into our lives, including our relationships.
These hands are vital tools for personal work and also play a role in ceremonies and rituals, which are carried out with a specific intention. They help to manifest, maintain, and radiate this intention into the space around them.
The hands were hand-carved and consecrated in the Sacred Valley near Cusco. Please note that the consecration includes protection against misuse, as they are significant magical objects, much like the Khujas stones.
Remember that the hands immediately interact with the energetic body of the person who unpacks and begins to use them; they adapt to that person and should remain with them. Therefore, after unpacking, use them yourself or give them immediately to someone who will work with them or whom they are meant to support.

Ritual of First Connection with the Power of Illu We recommend unwrapping the stones in solitude. To activate the tool, it is important to first perform the connection ritual. Hold the hands in your own hands: the left in the left and the right in the right, and mimic their gestures with your own hands. The left hand is open, and the right hand is closed. Now, close your eyes and become aware of the powerful tool you are holding; you are literally receiving the power of other hands that can interact in subtle and invisible spheres permeating our world. It is essential to deeply feel that these hands are a part of you, part of your biofield. As you inhale, visualize drawing energy into your closed hand and accumulating it. Feel the power in your palm—both alive and stone-like. During gentle inhalation, allow the energy to flow through your chest, and then, as you exhale, project that energy with your open, sending hand into the space. Your open hand will become a sort of transmitter. Repeat this ritual as many times as necessary until you clearly feel the stone hands as a part of yourself. This activates the hands for further work. Since this is alabaster (a sensitive stone), remember to regularly maintain it by cleaning and charging, as you would with other minerals. Ritual of Conscious Exchange The Illu hands have three fundamental uses. We will now introduce the first and most basic one, which you will encounter most often in Peru. This type of work is advantageous because you directly engage in the mode of perfect exchange. Initially, we recommend working only in this way. Building on the previous activation of the tool, remember that the left open hand symbolizes sending, while the right closed hand symbolizes receiving. Before beginning the ritual, prepare by lighting two candles and taking a moment in solitude to contemplate two things: what you wish to attract or manifest into your life, and what you would prefer to let go of. Summarize each intention into a single word or short phrase, and write them on two separate small pieces of paper. Next, hold the hands, placing the right in the right hand and the left in the left hand, with the papers beneath them—one paper under the closed hand (what you want to let go) and the other under the open hand (what you wish to receive). Close your eyes and breathe deeply, envisioning the departure of the phenomenon you want to release and the arrival of the manifestation of your desired intention through your hands. Focus in this manner for a while, then place the hands in an upright position in a visible place, leaving the papers beneath them (ensuring no one but you reads them). Allow the hands to work in your vicinity for at least 21 days. After this period, you can cleanse and recharge them, either allowing them to continue working on the same intention or programming them for a new one. The hands radiate your manifestation into the space around you. During their influence, feel free to hold them and repeat the activation process as many times as you like. Other rituals will be published later. WARNING: Avoid acting on individuals without their awareness and consent. In such cases, the effort will be ineffective, as the artifacts are blocked for this type of work. |
