Complaints Policy
If you wish to return the product for any reason, simply email us at eshop@sacred-gallery.com in advance and we will discuss the next steps.
General Policy
- The buyer is obliged to re-inspect his/her parcel directly upon delivery from the carrier (should it be broken etc), otherwise the claim caused by the shipment will not be accepted. If the buyer finds a defect in the goods caused by improper handling during transport, he will not accept the shipment.
- We shall be liable for any defects in the goods on delivery which become apparent within the following 24 months. However, we shall not be liable for any new defects, especially if they have arisen from improper use. For used goods, we will not be liable for defects corresponding to the level of use or wear and tear that the used goods had when they were received by you. In the case of goods with an expiry date, we are also liable for the fact that the goods will be fit for use for that period.
- Please note that defects in gifts and other gratuitous services we provide over and above your order cannot be considered defects in the goods.
- The pictures of the goods in our online shop are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a binding representation of the characteristics of the goods (the packaging of the goods may, for example, vary due to a change in packaging by the manufacturer).
- As a Sacred Gallery customer you have a 14-day right of return. The product should be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging along with the supplied accessories. Of course, you can open and try the package before making your decision. If a gift was given to the buyer together with the goods, the buyer must return it together with the goods when withdrawing from the contract.
Procedure
- If you wish to return the goods and money within the legal period of 14 days from receipt, i.e. it is a withdrawal, please fill in formulář odstoupení od smlouvy, sign and scan the chosen form and send it to: eshop@sacred-gallery.com.
- In case you only want to claim the goods, please fill in reklamační formulář, sign and scan the chosen form, and send it to: eshop@sacred-gallery.com.
- We will then ask for further information and agree on the next course of action.
- After being prompted by us by email, pack the goods and send them back to:
- Address for complaints about paintings: PrintPoint s.r.o., Komerční 524, 251 01 Nupaky.
- Address for complaints about other products: Sacred Gallery, V Závětří 1478/6, Prague 7, Holešovice.
- Please make sure that you have packed the goods securely so that they are not damaged during transport. The consumer pays the shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will contact you by email with a statement. Refunds are usually made within 14 days of the statement.
